If you had iCloud Photo Library turned on your photos will be at https://www.icloud.com/ and can also automatically be synced to a new or another Apple device by turning on iCloud Photo Library on that device.

Otherwise, if you were backing up to either or both iCloud or iTunes, the photos can be restored to a new or another iOS device.
