When on YouTube, on Safari, I go into fullscreen, and the screen is usually white, with a black box in the corner, and I have to end up refreshing or even sometimes quitting safari to go back to the video without it happening but then sometime later it will occur again. anyone know how to solve this?

Are you running any Safari externions? If so, which ones? Safari Preferences > Extensions tba will show what extension you are running.
I have the same issue, not running any extension on Safari. It happened to my brand-new Macbook 2015 model. Never experienced this issue with my Macbook pro 13'. I hope this is just a Safari issue. But then again, I don't understand how could this be because my macbook pro is running exact the same OS as my Macbook.
You are entitled to 90 day telephone support from Apple. Try contacting them.
