anyone can help me? it kept ask me create new iCloud security code

I'm using iPad mini and iPhone 5s . both device is running iOS 8.3.

i got this related issued appear on my iPad mini only

when i click on"learn more", it turn into safari, but the page no found in safari.

hence i suppose to click "not now" ignore or "create new code"?

please help
