Apple TV (3rd Gen) wont play movies - Netflix fine

I can stream Netflix movies no problem. Network setting all set to automatic. Problem occurs over WIFI or Ethernet. 20Mb connection +

I notice in the ABOUT section of the ATV it says "Activation Failed".

Please help!
