Apple Music: I have to redownload music when I sign in and out of itunes store

When I Sign In - Out of Itunes Store all of my downloaded music gets removed, so I have to select each song again and redownload it. I get Signed-Out of my Itunes Store all the time because I am testing iOS games for a company. Is there anyway to make the music stay on my device for when I sign back into Itunes Store.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4.1, Apple Music
