Q: Iphone not connecting to Itunes
Hello, I have an iphone 5s. It's iOS software is up to date as is my itunes. I have a windows computer with the windows 10 operating system. Whenever I connect my iphone to my computer, nothing happens. It charges but Itunes can't recognized my phone and it displays a message saying, "iTunes could not connect to this phone. An error occured (0xE8000003). I have tried many things but they have not helped.

That sounds as if you do not have administrative access on the device, or there is an issue with the iTunes installation. You may have to remove it and reinstall it. See this support document.
