Q: cannot send email on iMac.  how do you delete an account from Connection doctor

I cannort send email from my yahoo and comcast accounts on iMac.  I have noticed that when I go to Connection Doctor and additional account which cannot connect is listed.  I have two yahoo accounts and two comcast accounts but an additional yahoo account listed as smtp.yahoo.com appears and cannot connect.  I believe this is causing my email problems
