Iphone 5s not accepting any cables after repairs to sort issue

My phone wasnt charging or connecting to itunes, ive had a new battery fitted, new charger port fitted, restored factory settings, bought several different apple cables, next step is bouncing it off a wall. The company that fixed it said it could possibly be a software issue but its been happening since before i last updated the software. Any other tips i could try or has anyone seen this problem?😠
