retrieve text messages that were not backed up

Hi all

I have just deleted a complete text message from one of my contacts - so every text since my initial back up approximately 1 year ago with this person is deleted . how can I retrieve this ? Is there softwear that I can use to retrieve these messages and if so which softwear works and which do I avoid. io have a 5s 32g on version 7.0.3 (11B511)

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.3, 32g

No, there isn't a way to recover, and all of the software that claims to be able to recover is all spam. You are saying that you have not backed up your device in a year? Regular backups are crucial to recovering data in the case of a problem. Also, our device is WAY behind on iOS updates, leaving it critically vulnerable to security issues. Without a backup, your data is lost.
