Define "my commands" and "controls itself."
like when i texting my friends and at same time charging nmy iphone it does't write and sometimes writes differnet letters
when i browsing it closes the tabs and don't open a link i had chosen
my commands means my orders like when i touch an app to open it it doesn't open
control itself means that the mobile can call my friends without my interference
Assuming that this phone has never been jailbroken (at any time), try these steps as needed:
1. Reset phone (no data loss): simultaneously press both the home and lock buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing as soon as the Apple logo appears
2. Reset settings: Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
3. Restore to factory settings: Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings
If it's making calls on its own either its jailbroken or your digitizer is failing. If it's not jailbroken take it to an Apple store for evaluation. If it is jailbroken you are now in really big trouble, as there's malware around that has already taken over 225,000 jailbroken phones and their associated iCloud accounts.

I Would suggest trying original Apple charger/cable to see if the issue continues. Borrow from a friend if possible.
As I already said, phone reset deletes nothing.
Settings Reset deletes all settings, but no data.
Restoring deletes everything. Apps and music can be re-downloaded for free, photos/videos can be recovered in a variety of ways depending on how you back them up. You do regular backups to iCloud or iTunes, right?
