Music on iTunes web but not in iTunes app

Hey, so I found a soundtrack that is featured on the Apple website ("iTunes Preview"…this is via web browser, not the iTunes app) that I would like to purchase, but when I click the "View in iTunes" link, the app loads on the "New" tab and just loads the Apple Music main page. Several of Joe Hisaishi's other albums featured in the Preview page are like this, so I'm going to go out on a limb and say that there are other artist albums that have this problem too.

Just wondering if this is a case of the album no longer being featured on the store and you guys have outdated/broken links, or (hopefully) it's simply missing in the iTune App ether and just needs to be reloaded or something?
