Its an effect that come whit fcp i can't tell the name because i'm french but google translate said luminance keyer
IT should be in the Keyer category. Make sure there is nothing in the search box at the bottom.

You should probably redownload and reinstall the application from the App Store.
I had the same thing yesterday if i do this is there a way do save my project of being deleted ?
The application is complete separate from the library. Download the application. Before you open it make a copy to another drive as a backup.
What the location filethat i need to save as a backup ?
The application downloads into the Applications folder. Once you have it there and the download is finished, copy it onto another drive.
