right click not working on mouse

Ive recently been experiencing issues with the right click on my mouse not working.

I have taken my Mac in for repairs who confirm everything is in order and the operating system is working fine.

The problem seems intermitent and I have tried using a plug in mouse to see if that resolves the issue.

It worked ok for a few hours yesterday, however now if I right click on the desk top or any document I do not have anything appear on my screen as it should be when you right click.
