Is it possible to FaceTime or video conference to someone who only has Skype?

I am using MacBook Pro (15-inch 2.4/2.2GHz) or iMac 27 inch 2.7 iCore7. How can I FaceTime or video conference with someone who only has Skype available (non Apple)?

MacBook Pro (15-inch 2.4/2.2 GHz), Mac OS X (10.5.5)

You can't, but you could use Skype on your computer.
