iTunes on a Nextbook Flexx
If I were to buy nextbook flexx, could I still be able to download iTunes onto the device?

There is no absolute "yes or no". It should be fine as long as the model you're using meets iTunes' requirements. I have an HP Stream 7 tablet (not dissimilar in spec to the smaller Nextbooks) and it runs iTunes OK, though you're very limited in the size of library it'll support without having to attach external storage. You'll almost certainly have to add a microSD card to provide some additional storage space (of the 32GB that seems standard on entry-level tablets, most will be taken up by Windows and installed applications). It'll definitely be worth taking advantage of the free upgrade from Windows 8.1 to 10.
