Impossible to see the oticon streamer on bluetooth connection. No problem for my cellular phone, but it doesn't appear for the streamer. I never have problem with iPad or iMac. My computer is a Macbook pro early 2015.

Ok, I found the solution... it's not enough just open the device, you have to force the synchronisation by clicking and keep down the power button until the blue light flashing, then it will work proprely
