Nothing except ask for a refund. Without the previous owners password, it is of no use to you. You have hit Activation Lock. A security feature to defeat thieves. Even Apple will not open it for you.

i got the same case. But the iphone was mine, i just forgot the apple id and password, will apple help me sort this one??

Take it into an Apple Store along with ID and proof of purchase and they should be able to help you out
