The receipt you received with your item should give you an idea for what your options are for returns and/or exchanges. Sometimes the expectation is you call a phone number and arrange the exchange that way. Other times you can simply bring your item to a store and do an exchange.
If the receipt doesn't have any of that kind of info, your best option is to call the store.
