My phone has lines and black spots going through it. HELP?!

My phone has a black big black spot on it where I can no longer type my password in because I then get grey strips for pressing to hard on it .My touch id no longer works, so Im trapped out of my phone . I have a really important message that I can't respond to , and I can't even sync my messages . Please help?
