I am trying to upgrade my icloud storage to backup my iphone6 which the screen is broken. I am trying to add storage to icloud and directions say to go to apple/system preferences/icloud...icloud is not an option. what else can i do?
What system are you running? The system requirements for using iCloud are listed in the following Apple document. Do you meet them?
