iphone6 plus picture can't shirnk

Dear Who may concerned,

I've got a problem since I bought from APPLE TAIWAN Website.

Pictures can't shrink at all when edit or set background (I've tried every ways and search a lot).

I am included the plan of change isight for IPhone6 plus, my serial number is FK*******5QY

But there is a problem, I bought from Taiwan but I work in VIETNAM HO CHI MINH CITY now.

Next time back to Taiwan will pass 1 year warranty period. Furthermore, maybe my problem is nothing to do with isight.

And I searched it seems must repair at the same country where I bought from.

What can I do now?
