itunes will not recognize my iPod shuffle.
I have tried all of the strategies suggested on Apple support and shuffle guide to no avail. I am using Yosemite version 10.10.5 and iTunes 12.2.2.25.

im having this same problem with my ipod shuffle , i have 2 laptops , a google chrome & a hp , the chrome one recoginzes it but i cant download itunes because its not supported , but the hp has itunes but wont even detect it to charge it..
