I am trying to move the pictures from the normal photo albums into the Camera Roll so that I can sync with FB. I have discovered a copy feature after selecting multiple files but have yet to find the paste function. Thoughts?

You cannot move photos to the Camera Roll manually. If the Share button at the bottom does not have an option to Add to Camera Roll, then your only other option would be to mail it to yourself then save it from your mail app.

But not sure why you aren't just sharing them directly to Facebook from the albums?
