Home sharing is not sharing on all computers with Apple TV

I have home sharing turned on on my desktop computer but the library does not show up on my apple tv. However when I turn home sharing on on my laptop then that library will show up on the Apple TV. Also when home sharing is turned on on both computers I do not see the movies I have installed on my desktop showing up on my laptop. What am I doing wrong? Both computers have Windows 10 running on them.
