i want purchased films as hard copy on ipad

films I have purchased in the past are hard copies on my iPad Air 2...

but but my recent purchases all seem to have a cloud in the bottom right corner and all seem to require streaming,

why why are they not stored on my iPad so as I can watch the movie on a plane for example???

somebody please help
