icloud prompt... I don't have, use or want icloud...how to get rid of annoying prompt

I've never had an icould session

I've never checked or chosen anything to do with icloud

I don't want icloud, especially now that I see how annoying it is

how can I have had a session that ended and why am I so often bothered by the prompt to sign in again to a session I never had?
