Genuine Address keeps being sent to Junk Mail

I have a genuine address that is coninuously been tagged as Junk and placed in the Junk Mail folder. Attempts to "untag" it do not seem to work as I don't have the option to "Mark as Not Junk".

(Mail 8.2 on Yosemite)

A functionally useful spam filter doesn't work on the basis of "valid" email addresses.

However, that doesn't mean a spam-filter cannot get over-zealous. As Eric points out, if you don't have the option to mark it as "Not Junk," then Mail did not mark that message as Junk. Either your IMAP email provider marked it and moved it to junk, or someone in the email chain marked it with a header indicating it was junk.
