Q: Why is my finger print blocked from my phone

when I try to put my fiNiger print it says please try abutcher finger. Why does it say that? I think it's blIckes my why?

    You are either using the wrong finger or iPhone read your fingerprint wrong. Mine temporarily misreads fingerprints after I have been swimming so I trained it to recognize a water wrinkled print.   You can retrain iPhone's fingerprint recognition.  Swipe from left to right to access the passcode window and enter your number or phrase.  Then Settings > Touch ID and Passcode and enter your passcode or phrase again.  Choose add a fingerprint.

    Apple explain how to add a fingerprint, try adding it again, note how you can move the finger around to save more data in step 5. It can help the print to be used from other angles as you hold the device differently.
