Cannot connect to Toyota tundra bluetooth

I have a new Tundra 2015 with Premium Audio with Nav and app suite. I cannot get my i phone 6 plus connected with Bluetooth. I have the latest software 8.4.1. on my i phone 6 plus. I have tried plugging it into the usb. Online, Toyota says to put the pin or passkey shown on the vehicle display onto the phone.

I don't see a place to put it. I keep getting Connection Unsuccessful on my i phone 6 plus. Any suggestions?
