The request for account “y7mail.com” failed. The server responded with “400” to operation CalDAVAccountRefreshQueueableOperation

I have just started receiving this message for no reason. I haven't changed anything and it's just started. So annoying. The request for account “y7mail.com” failed. The server responded with “400” to operation CalDAVAccountRefreshQueueableOperation.

Can anyone help me as I'm not real savvy on computers.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

First try a simple fix: back up all data, then delete the calendar account and add it back. Test. If there's no improvement, restart the computer and try again.
