I cannot change App Store to Japan
it needs a Japan credit card. I usually change to Japan before and there is a "no Credit card" button there. can anyone help?

it still require a Japan credit card.... I really dont know what to do....
Can you accesss your account info at the Japan store? If you can see Payment information and click Edit over to the right, there is an option to choose "None" for credit cards.
I am using iphone to change the country. My country now is Macau and i am able to change the payment terms to "none". However, when i am changing the country to Japan, the "none" does not appear....
You may need to set up a new account in the Japan store to enable the no credit card option.
What if I have to update the game I have downloaded before?
If you set up a new account you probably have to download it again. Purchases are tied to the ID they were bought with, including free ones.
