WWith the new version of iTunes, there seems to be no way to recognise whether shuffle is on or off. No matter how many times I hit shuffle, it never seems to turn off. The only way I can turn it off for sure is by going to Siri and asking it to turn off. It used to be simple, why have you changed it?

The shuffle icon is displayed in the iTunes window showing what is playing - if it is blue then the shuffle mode is enabled. If it is grey then the shuffle mode is disabled.

No, in the latest version it is the same colour (changes depending on artwork of album) whether on or off
