After my MacBook had been restored , all my iMovie , pages , numbers, and Keynote are lost . I tried to download it from Apple Store , but it is chargeable .

My MacBook had sent back to Mac care for restore , because it has programme problem . After I get back my MacBook all my data and app is gone , I tried to download imovie from Apple Store , but it is chargeable same to other appl made by Apple .

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

If you purchased them originally from the App Store, then re-download them from your Purchases page in the App Store.

but now I'm using the new apple ID. I'm not using the previous apple id anymore.

is there other way to solve this problem?

You need to log into the App Store with the Apple ID you used to purchase them. If you cannot do that then you would have to re-purchase them.
