How do I enable my app to access my photos after disabling it?

I accidentally disabled my app from being able to access my photos, now I need it to and I don't know how. I have fixed this problem before but this time it won't work.

iPad Air, iOS 8.4.1

Hi Seagull_,
To make sure we are on the same page, you want to give an app access to you the photos on your iPad. That is easily done by going to Settings > Privacy > Photos and toggle the app that you want to have access to your photos on your iPad. For more information, take a look at the article below.
