iPhone was restored by Apple, went to restore backup to get all my stuff back and I let it go for 3 hours still stuck half way? And idea

my phone was repaired by apple as I received it and took it home, I attempted to restore the back up in order to get all my stuff back as Apple restored it!

I Let it go for 3 hours and it still is stuck half way saying 1 hour left I have tried it 4 times still no difference? And ideas

i am using windows by the way
