How can I delete my old Apple ID on all of my devices?

How can I delete my old Apple ID on all of my devices? I have a new ISP and Apple ID and all of my devices, Macbook Pro, IPOD Touch, iPhone 4s, and 2nd generation I Pad keep defaulting to the old address. Makes it impossible to sync the devices through iCloud. Help Please ???

The new Apple ID will cause you to lose the ability to update apps purchased under the old Apple ID. You might consider keeping the devices using the old Apple ID and change the email address associated with that Apple ID as explained here. The update features and services item at the end of the article addresses all the areas you need to update to use the new email address.
