virus scan external hard drive
hi everone... do I need to scan external hard drives which I have been using on windows? If so... pls suggest a Anti virus that can be used on the MacBook Pro.

Windows malware doesn't affect OS X. All "anti-virus" or "anti-malware" software for OS X is to be avoided. If you feel the need to check the drive for malware, use a Windows anti-malware product to do it.
