When i take pictures or video off my ipad air 2 its fuzzy. Its a brand new ipad is the camera or something within the ipad broken?

WHen I take pictures or videos off my ipad Air 2 its very fuzzy/quality poor like low resolution. Is the camera or ipad broken?

There might be something wrong, but without more details it's hard to say. Make sure that you have enough light and that you are holding the device steady. You might want to take a look at this for more help.
