My boyfriends ex has her iphone linked to hes iphone somehow

All her contacts are in hes phone & now all hes are in hers. She has been hacking into all sorts of hes accounts but now the contacts in my boyfriends iphone keep changing to names (not nice names) she is putting in. How can we stop this?!
