Has my iPhone 6 been hacked?

I woke this morning to find my iPhone set to Airplane safe mode. I left it fully activated last night.

Then I discovered a series of emails had been sent from the phone that I had not sent.

Then my alarm when off and I discovered that a series of other alarms had been set.

All very weird.

My only thought is that I have recently bought a replacement MacBook which I set up over the weekend involving many entries of my Apple ID.
