Setting up iCloud on my iMac, iPad and iPhone

I am having difficulty setting up iCloud on my iMac.

I can access iCloud on the web but it only shows my iPad and iPhone as connected.

When I attempt to access iCloud from the System Preferences pane, it hangs indefinitely, making it impossible to set it up.

All suggestions welcome!

Hello Richard,

You can do one any of the following solution if that works:

1. Logout from existing iCloud account & re-login.

2. Resetting the iCloud data from your Mac.

a. To do so, Hit Command-Shift-G in finder window & type ~/Library/Application Support/iCloud

b. It will open iCloud folder in your Mac Library folder. Copy it to desktop for backup(in case it doesn't work) & then DELETE the entire folder & empty the trash.

c. Try logging in again !

All the best ! 🙂
