I did not use Password in my iphone except the apple ID. today when i want to restore backup to my mobile. I was surprised by the request Password for restore backup. I'm sure i didn't put any Password, so now what i can do ?

Do you have an Exchange Account on your phone? If so, encrypting your backup can be required by a profile installed when you setup the Exchange account. Regardless, if you can't remember the encrypted backup passcode, you'll have to delete your existing backups & restore your phone as a new device in order to remove the passcode requirement.
