Viber does not indicate, on iTunes, that it "Offers Apple Watch App for iPhone".

This is the phrase to look for when seeking apps that include support for Apple Watch.

Since they do not say so probably not - but the only definitive answer would come from them - ask them and you might even get a projection as to when they will or that they have no plans
