Q: I upgraded to Windows 10 and now I can't see the ICLOUD Icon in the toolbar

I use Outlook for Mail, Contacts and Calendar.  I upgraded to Windows 10 and mail works OK but I cannot open my calendar or contacts (folders will not open) and cannot see the ICLOUD sync icon in the toolbar.  How do I restore this functionality?

iPad Mini, iOS 8.2
