Are you talking about cellular/mobile networks or Wi-Fi networks? Some phones are locked to a specific carrier for cellular so no in that case. And yes, they should all be compatible with any Wi-Fi network as long as the router is Wi-Fi certified. The fact that it is compatible does not necessary mean that it will work as both the router and the phone need to be configured correctly.
