i bought my iphone 5 about a year ago from US and now im in Germany and i want to know if i can get hardware support here. how about that i buy an iPhone from Europe and want to have hardware support in the US ?

Warranty is valid only in country of original purchase. EU is considered
one country for this purpose so an iPhone purchased in any part of the EU
will be valid in another part of the EU.
In response to your 2 scenarios, the answer is no to both. Apple Germany will
not support an iPhone purchased in the US, and an iPhone from the EU will
not be supported in the US.
can i get service from an apple store in europe if i bought it from us ?
