When I try to go from one email to another I have to quit iCloud and then go back in via bookmarks.

If I understand your post correctly you have multiple Apple ID's, and whenever you want to change an Apple ID to log in to iCloud, you have to quit and then go back to the website. Instead of doing this process, you can simply sign out of iCloud :
Sign out from the browser you’re using now: Click your name at the top of the iCloud.com window, then choose Sign Out.
If this isn't the issue you're experiencing, then please let me know more about what is going on.
