I don't know if Im doing something wrong, but the memory of my macbook air is full....how can I upload everything to the iCloud?

That's not what iCloud is for.
You need to manage your disk space. Get yourself an external drive. Figure out what you don't need/want to keep available locally all the time and move it to the external drive.
