Vcard not showing after exporting icloud contacts

Trying to export icloud contacts following all online links but using Windows 8 Chrome Version 44.0.2403.155 m and also tried using Explorer 11 with compatibility views and pop ups not blocked and yet i don't see VCard download after exporting??
