installing windows10 on macbook (late 2011)

I have a late 2011 MacBook Pro. Mostly I am happy with Mac OS(running Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5) but for business reasons I had to install windows and have a genuine windows8.1 installed via bootcamp. now my problem is upgrading to windows10. how do I do this as bootcamp update doesn't support my mac. does this mean that it is just out of question? I am not a very technical on these things. just love my macbook!!! any information/advise is appreciated!

Please start at Use Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support.

You have to test W10 and keep good backups and test the W10 upgrade. Once you have an upgrade and your Mac is registered with Microsoft, you can try a clean install of W10 to work around driver issues.

Please also see System requirements to install Windows on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support and http://www.apple.com/support/bootcamp/ for help.
